High in the mountains of Pahang, about 200 km from Kuala Lumpur, the Cameron Highlands are one of the most scenic places in Malaysia. The winding four-hour drive up through the mountains is a journey in itself, and at the top, endless rolling hills of tea stretch as far as the eye can see.

In this photograph, fog settles over the green tea plantations like a soft blanket, softening the lines of the hills and giving the whole landscape a quiet, dreamlike calm. The highlands are famous for producing some of the world's finest tea, and this image captures the peaceful rhythm of that land.
